4) Lyra AI Transparency Statement

Lyra AI is GKprog’s main AI system, created by Ethan under GKprog. Lyra AI may be used to assist with analysis, automation, documentation, software development, and client support.

Purpose-limited: Lyra AI is used only for the task you request or the service we provide.
Data minimization: We use only the data necessary to complete work.
Human oversight: AI outputs may be reviewed by GKprog personnel before delivery.
No advertising use: We do not use your data for targeted ads.
Client control: For enterprise clients, AI usage and data handling can be contractually restricted (e.g., “no AI on confidential data”).

5) Sensitive & Enterprise Data

For industrial automation/robotics and enterprise engagements, data may include operational details (OT/IT). We treat such information as confidential and limit access to authorized personnel only.

6) Sharing & Third Parties

We may use third-party providers (hosting, cloud, email, payment processors) to operate services. These providers may process limited data on our behalf under their policies. We do not authorize third parties to use your data for unrelated purposes.
